Gray Ram Tactical, LLC understands
that all school districts are different. Our courses can be customized to meet your needs.
We put emphasis on issues that are important to your district. The versatility of our training is what sets us apart from the competition. It is never our intent to implement
school policy. The intent of all training is to offer ideas and concepts based on available
information and the expertise of Gray Ram Tactical, LLC operators and advisors. Our training will not focus on a select few representatives of the district. We believe everyone from the Superintendent
to the Janitor needs to have training on this subject matter. Our courses are designed to be taught in one (1)
to four (4) hour presentations. All courses can be modified to fit the schedule of the school district.
At the end of every course of instruction, the course participants are given handouts along with an Instructor Assessment.

Training school employees on how to prevent,
detect, and respond to violence is only one aspect to a complete security plan. We encourage schools to regularly review their
security plans and procedures. Gray Ram Tactical, LLC can assist school districts by reviewing their crisis management procedures
along with physical security assessments of district buildings and schools. Many times, the actual physical
security of keeping people out of the school is overlooked and is the most important part of a security plan. If
the intruder can not penetrate the school, the intruder can not create a violent situation involving everyone inside.

VERBAL DE-ESCALATION OF VIOLENT SITUATIONS
This
course teaches school employees verbal de-escalation techniques. Course participants will be taught verbal and non-verbal
indicators of aggression in order to become a more effective listener and speaker. The course addresses issues concerning
how to avoid and deflect aggressive mannerisms. School professionals will walk away from the course understanding how to communicate
their point of view and thus take control in most disputes.
