The Gray Ram Tactical Team is comprised of SWAT operators, military personnel, and other law enforcement experts.  In fact, all of our instructors are active members of the law enforcement community currently working in their field of expertise complimented with significant operational experience. ALL INSTRUCTORS have undergone extensive training and are vetted to ensure they are the most qualified personnel to instruct you. Bret Brooks, Senior Consultant
Bret is a full-time police officer for a large Missouri state law enforcement agency, and a former Captain in the Missouri Army National Guard.
He has more than 10 years of military experience and has held various positions ranging from Platoon Leader to Company Commander to Battalion Operations Officer.

Andy Davis, Senior Consultant
Andy has an impressive 22 years of experience in law enforcement and is currently a sergeant in a Missouri state law enforcement agency.
His career consists of numerous years of working as a troop trainer, SWAT Team Coordinator, and specialized investigations. Andy is a certified Gerneralist Instructor recognized by the Missouri Departmetn of Public Safety.

Becky Davis, Senior Consultant
Becky is a certified Generalist Instructor recognized by the Missouri Department of Public Safety. Her teaching history includes juvenile law, Missouri state statutes, criminal code, personal safety,
school bus driver safety prevention, active shooter (law enforcement and civilian), firearms instruction and certification, child abuse, ground fighting, defensive tactics, impact weapons,
OC re-certification, patrol tactics and car stops, building searches, theft investigations, crime scene protection and investigations, property damage, and field interviewing.
Matt is a seasoned veteran encompassing many aspects of the law enforcement community. He began his career with the Missouri Division of Youth Services working directly with juvenile delinquents,
developing strategies and life skills to help them become productive members of society. Matt then worked as a Missouri State Water Patrolman for 3 years. He is now a member of a state law enforcement agency, assigned to the SWAT Entry Team.

Greg Primm, Instructor
Greg is a member of a Missouri state law enforcement agency, and assigned to the SWAT Entry Team as point man.
As well as law enforcement duties, he has served on the Marijuana Eradication Team. Outside of his regular policing responsibilities, he works with a large metropolitan school district as a security consultant, developing and implementing security strategies.

James (Jim) Thuss, Instructor
Jim has an impressive law enforcement career having worked for a Missouri state law enforcement agency for more than 13 years.
Along with regular road duties, he currently holds a command position on the SWAT Entry Team.
