No one will be allowed to participate without a signed release before beginning a class. Releases will be given out
prior to the start of class. There will be no refunds should a person not be able to attend after paying for
the course.
Personal Safety Course
This course encourages people to maximize their personal safety with verbal, non-verbal,
and physical self-defense techniques. This course is based on the following principles:
Awareness
Knowledge
Instincts
Strategy
This
course includes scenario based training.
This course is a wonderful
community educational tool for:

Course Requirements
Course is 2.5 Hours of Instruction.
Class is
limited to 20 participants.
Because of the physical interaction in the safetycourse, students must sign a release before beginning the class.
Students are required to wear comfortable clothing.
Students are required
to wear comfortable shoes.
