Mark Singleton is a DOD certified SOF Sniper/Sniper Instructor as well as a DOD certified
Anti-Terrorism Instructor. He has taught the following courses: Basic Sniper, Stalking, Range Determination, Surveillance,
Surveillance Detection, Terrorist Cell Identification, A History of Terrorism, Executive Protection Techniques and Procedures,
Individual Protective Measures Abroad, Personal Safety, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment/Study, Active Shooter (Law
Enforcement and Civilian), Firearms Instructor and Certification, Using this combined experience, Mark has trained over 2500 law enforcement and other professional personnel in a myriad of academic environments.
Mark is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of Marines having served nearly 30 years as both an enlisted man and Marine Officer in
peacetime and combat. Mark has an impressive 7 years of experience in Special Operations. His conventional and unconventional
warfare background significantly enhances the overall reputation of the Gray Ram team. Mark is a highly effective and sought
after public speaker.
